DMCA Policy
Smores Brownies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Smores Brownies will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Smores Brownies service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Smores Brownies's Designated Copyright Agent.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Smores Brownies's Designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that substantially includes the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to Smores Brownies's Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Smores Brownies has removed or to which Smores Brownies has disabled access.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Smores Brownies may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Provide your physical or electronic signature.
